We will send an e-mail acknowledging your order explaining that you should receive it within 3 to 6 business days. Unless requesting videos, all orders are sent by first-class mail. Mail delivery to rural areas takes slightly longer.

DVD(s) and Manual(s) are sent by First-Class Mail and should arrive within 3 to 6 business days.

Videos are shipped by UPS parcel delivery, standard ground and should arrive within 4 to 7 business days. If you are not there to personally receive the package, UPS will very often leave it at your door. If you know you're not going to be there, we recommend you contact your closest UPS office or store and advise them what day you expect the package and when or where you want it delivered.

We can not respond to any requests for overnight or any other special shipping or mailing requirements.

In the acknowledgment e-mail, we suggest you wait 10 days before contacting us and we ask that you save and Reply using that same acknowledgment e-mail, otherwise, please use the same e-mail address used with your order.

On occasion there could be a glitch in the DVD or video or damage caused by shipping. In such an event, Reply using our acknowledgment e-mail or the original e-mail address used when placing your order, and we will immediately replace the defective or damaged product.

It is standard practice, with such products not to provide refunds. We believe the information provided on this site allows you to make an informed decision before you order.
